Living room: With wood burner, 42" Freeview TV and beams.
Kitchen/dining room: With Rayburn, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and tiled floor.
Sun room.. First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and 37" Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. . Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder by honesty box. Stairgate.. Large, lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 7 wooden steps and an unfenced pond in the garden. . Nestled in a truly peaceful location on the outskirts of the sleepy village of Mydroilyn and just a stone’s throw away from the bustling coastal resort of Aberaeron, this charming, 19th-century, stone, semi-detached cottage has been lovingly presented to provide guests with the ultimate holiday experience.
The cottage was renovated in 2018 and has been finished to a good standard, boasting spacious living areas, modern kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches such as a wood burner for those cosy nights in. Outside, the scenic gardens have been well kept and provide the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind following a busy day’s adventure.
The picturesque and colourful harbour town of Aberaeron lies just 4 miles away offering a wide selection of traditional Welsh pubs, eclectic gift shops and highly acclaimed restaurants with freshly caught fish always on the menu. Beautiful Newquay is also within easy reach and is home to its tranquil harbour famed for the resident bottlenose dolphins on a clear day, as well as being home to famous late Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, who resided in the village during the second World War.
Whether you choose a short break or a longer stay, this delightful cottage will be waiting for you when you return from your day out exploring. Kick off your boots, pour a glass of wine and sit back and relax as you indulge in your Welsh retreat. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
