This charismatic cottage is located on the outskirts of the town of Newcastle Emlyn, adjacent to the owner’s property.

Teifi View Cottage is in a wonderful location for exploring magical west Wales.

Step on through the front door and into the property, with a spacious living room just one step up to the left, it’s in an ideal spot for unwinding straight from a long walk in the Welsh countryside, fitted with a woodburning stove and ample seating for all, this room offers a truly traditional feel with its eaves and beams.

As you turn right at the front door you will find a quaint dining room, with a shelf composing quirky and unique decorations, this room definitely adds to the country feel of the cottage.

Moving on past the dining room is the well set out kitchen where you can enjoy a morning coffee with your partner while the kids prepare for the fun-filled day ahead.

Carrying on beyond the kitchen you will come across a utility area, backdoor, boot space and the spacious downstairs shower room. There is a bathroom on the first floor too.

When it comes to the evening, head upstairs for a restful night’s sleep, equipped with a variety of bedroom arrangements perfect for all the family including a single, twin, and king-size, everyone in the cottage is sure to enjoy unwinding amongst the stunning scenery of the Welsh countryside just outside, with the master bedroom containing its own stain glass window, you can be sure that character runs throughout the entirety of the cottage.

The local area offers wonderful opportunities for exploring woodland nature and fabulous walks, with woodlands right outside the property, it’s the perfect place to take the kids for an afternoon of adventure.

Be sure to take a trip into the nearby town of Newcastle Emlyn, with its very own castle, a variety of eateries to indulge in, and riverside cafes amongst the river Teifi, it’s a lovely area to spend a lazy Sunday with your loved ones.

The town of Cardigan is a must-see whilst in the area, with a magnificent 12th century castle, a theatre, and plenty of restaurants to indulge in, it’s the perfect place for the whole family to get involved in.

Teifi View Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Wales, surrounded by plenty to do for all ages from relaxing walks to action-packed activities and stunning beaches only 20 minutes away, you’re sure to make everlasting memories in this area of west Wales.

Newcastle Emlyn is set on the River Teifi and offers a selection of shops, including local producers and larger chain stores, such as designer clothes, crafts and jewellery, antiques, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle. Fishing permits are also available nearby. Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, with the Cardiganshire coastline just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay. Within driving distance is the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, Cenarth Falls, paintballing, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Oakwood Theme Park and train rides at Henllan. A brilliant area for exploring west Wales.
