Within a half mile walk of Llanon beach, this bright, spacious holiday property boasts well-appointed family accommodation and an excellent village location a short stroll from local pubs and shops. Just 5 miles away, visitors can enjoy freshly caught fish in Aberaeron, a delightful harbour town of pretty colour washed Georgian houses, with good shops and restaurants as well as boat rides and dolphin watching trips. This is a superb area for bird watching, particularly for red kites, and there is lovely walking on National Trust land. Riding, clay pigeon shooting and karting are available nearby. Decorations and tree are provided for Christmas bookings. This property can be booked together with Oswald House (OZ8) and Oswald Lodge (HW7804) to accommodate larger groups.

We had a lovely break away for my birthday at the beginning of October. The house is beautifully equipped with everything you could need and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The road is very busy during the day but the double glazing ensured a good nights sleep. Butchers next door sold us the best fillet steak sourced locally. Whilst there isn’t much to do in Llanon itself, it’s only a short and pretty car ride to Aberaeron. Highly recommend

A spacious house with pleasant features - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds. All beautifully clean and well kept. The hot tub was also well maintained and very welcome after a walk on the beach. The generous, delicious food and warm welcome in the local pub is not to be missed along with the local butchers.We hope to return there soon.

Great house has everything you could possibly need, my only complaint/suggestion is that you replace the sofa. It spoiled our stay, it’s far too low, hard and uncomfortable - thankfully there was plenty of cushions but sadly even they never helped. Change the sofa and you’d definitely get 5 stars across the board
