To the rear lies woodland whilst its elevated aspect looks south across the beautiful Melindwr Valley to the village of Goginan itself.  The Melindwr is a tributary of the stunningly scenic Rheidol, famous for one of ’the Great Little Trains of Wales’ that runs from Aberystwyth to Devil’s Bridge.  Just below the property, alongside the Melindwr is the pleasant, riverside community seating area, complete with the village book swap shop.
