The spacious lounge/diner has beautiful sea views and, on a chilly evening, you can light the wood burner and relish the warming flames as you watch the Smart TV. The dining table has ample space for everyone, whether a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day or a relaxed evening meal. The galley-style kitchen (please duck as you go through the low doorway) is complemented by a handy utility room – between them, you’ll have everything you need for storing food and prepping delicious holiday food. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. Both beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the first floor, along with an elegant bathroom. Also on this floor is a thoughtfully designed workspace or reading nook — an ideal spot to unwind with a book or catch up on emails while enjoying the stunning sea views. 

The enclosed garden features narrow stone steps leading to a gravelled area, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ — perfect for al fresco dining. Additional steps lead up to a lawned area, offering a peaceful spot to unwind. The garden is fully enclosed, providing a safe and secure space for your furry friend to stretch their legs and play. Please note, parking is available in a nearby public car park, subject to availability. The seaside town of New Quay boasts several excellent beaches and a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat. Try your hand at sailing, fishing or an array of different water sports, or take a boat trip from the harbour to spot some dolphins. Hike along the scenic coast path, or drive out to Aberaeron, Cardigan or Aberystwyth, all within 24 miles.
