The lounge has a beautiful picture window with views of the garden, an electric fire, Freeview TV and DVD player and there is a sun lounge/dining area with table and chairs. The bedrooms comprise of a king size, a twin, and a further two bedrooms each with a single bed. The wet room is suitable for guests with mobility issues and is equipped with a walk-in shower (no bath) and a separate WC. Free WiFi internet access is available.

Arforwest has grassed surrounds which aren't enclosed but are about 200 yards away from the road. Llangrannog is popular with tourists as it is a tranquil and safe seaside village lying on the Ceredigion coast. In the village, there are pubs, cafes, restaurants and a shop. Market town of New Quay 11 miles away, and nearly 6 miles to Aberporth. Both with further shops, cafes, restaurants and take aways. As well as the beach at Llangrannog, many other sandy beaches along the West Wales coast. Many attractions in the West Wales/Pembrokeshire area such as Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, Castell Henllys Iron Age Hill Fort, and Cenarth Adventure Centre.
