With its own hot tub, this pretty cottage lies 1½ miles from Strata Florida and 6 miles from Tregaron. . Ground Floor:
Living room: With electric fire and 42" Freeview TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tiled floor.

Bedroom 1: With double bed.

Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This quaint little cottage lies in the village of Pontrhydfendiagid, and is situated down a quiet lane. It has a large, lawned enclosed garden with a private hot tub and also has the benefit of off-road parking. There is a spacious living room leading into a conservatory, which makes the ideal place to sit and watch the children play in the garden. The kitchen is open plan with a dining area, whilst upstairs are two double bedrooms, a large shower room and a single room.
Within the village are two pubs serving food, and there are also a couple of local stores. The town of Tregaron is roughly 6 miles from the property, and a visit to the Strata Florida Abbey is a must. Steeped in history, Strata Florida, meaning the ‘Valley of Flowers’, was once at the centre of Welsh life. It now has a visitor centre and lots of information about the Strata Florida Abbey. Cors Caron is another fabulous place to visit, where you can listen to the birds and wildlife whilst walking around the marshes. If you are keen on cycling, you can bring your bikes and go for a long ride around the countryside.
Whatever you decided to do on your holiday, whether it be action packed or simply unwinding, this lovely cottage will have everything you need as a home from home, and has the added bonus of a private hot tub in the grounds. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant in village.
