Swn Y Nant is a detached bungalow that has been renovated to a high standard in 2021 , the property consists of kitchen with electric hob and electric oven , breakfast bar, dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave, open plan lounge and dining area with open fire in the centre of the room, smart tv and Wi-Fi, 2 king-sized bedrooms, one twin room and a snug with a day bed for 2 people , one bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, one bathroom with shower cubicle, large lawned enclosed garden with off road parking. Garage with freezer and washing machine.
With Plenty to do and see in the area, Within the village are two pubs serving food, and there are also a couple of local stores. The town of Tregaron is roughly 6 miles from the property, and a visit to the Strata Florida Abbey is a must! – great for those cycling enthusiasts. Steeped in history, Strata Florida, meaning the ‘Valley of Flowers’, was once at the centre of Welsh life. It now has a visitor centre and lots of information about the Strata Florida Abbey.
Cors Caron is another fabulous place to visit, where you can listen to the birds and wildlife whilst walking around the marshes. If you are keen on cycling, you can bring your bikes and go for a long ride around the countryside. Whatever you decided to do on your holiday, whether it be action packed or simply unwinding, this lovely bungalow will have everything you need as a home from home.

We make very regular use of holiday houses and have stayed in some excellent properties . However , Sŵn y Nant surpassed them all , in terms of an excellently equipped kitchen ; a large , comfortable lounge ; ( with a very large and useful hatch to the kitchen .) 4 lovely bedrooms , each with superbly comfortable beds and televisions ; a delightful sunroom and a large outside patio , with furniture; It had absolutely everything one could wish for - and the furnishings , furniture , floor coverings and all equipment were of a very high standard. I could happily live in this house . The owner - Mrs Jones - was courteous, helpful and very kind . I reccomend Sŵn y Nant without reservation. Sarah Dawn Parri-Sawdon
