Reynoldston isn't far and is home to your amenities, including a post office & community shop and the King Arthur Hotel, a place that is home to a renowned pub that serves up local ale and mouthwatering meals; the village additionally acts as a gateway to the AONB, where you can embark on a hike through the nature-rich space and find the remains of Arthur's Stone. If you're after more coastal fun, continue to Port Eynon to find another lengthy beach, the idyllic ruins of Port Eynon Salt House and Culver Hole, before hiking the coastal path that leads from the village back to your retreat in Oxwich. The bustling city of Swansea is a short drive away and home to a plethora of things to see and do, from marvellous historic attractions to the delightful parks of Singleton with its wealth of activities and Rosehill Quarry with its panoramic views over the city and sea; Swansea is also home to a golf club for those putting fans of the group, along with a beach and the Marina Park. For an idyllic outing, why not visit Rossili, Broughton Bay or Whiteford; destinations offering beaches and walks along the South Gower coastline. A blissful stay awaits at Bayview Bungalow.

The bed was very comfortable but the space around it was limited. The rain prevented us walking far but the whole of the Gower was beautiful. It was fine for our dog. Information was comprehensive and very helpful.

The property had everything we needed. However the beds had summer quilts so we were glad we had taken extra blankets. Hopefully they would be changed for winter quilts soon (BST ended the following weekend!) One other suggestion, the tin opener could do with replacing. Apart from these minor points we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we are looking to book again for next year.

The additional step made access much easier. The property is clean and warm with a small enclosed patio that made managing the dog easier and was perfect for enjoying the several very sunny October days that we were lucky to have. The bungalow is perfect for dog owners as it is only a short walk from a dog friendly beach with several other walks close by. A very enjoyable stay.
