Please note: There are 3 steps to the patio.. Sea Breeze is perched above the beautiful, seaside village of The Mumbles and is a short stroll into the centre. This detached bungalow has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully furnished to create a homely and warming property. The Mumbles is situated on the edge of the Gower Peninsula, and is the perfect place from which to explore this sublime Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the vast array of restaurants specialising in local fish which has been hand caught on the west side of Swansea Bay. Just behind Sea Breeze is Mumbles Hill Nature Reserve, where you can see the remnants of anti-aircraft control bunkers and enjoy lovely scenic walks overlooking the Gower and Bristol Channel. The Oyster Festival really is not to be missed, and is a delight for all food lovers, or enjoy a walk along the promenade and try one of the many premier ice cream parlours, explore the pier or get some fantastic photos of the lighthouse.
This property really is in the perfect location to explore a plethora of beaches, with Langland Bay, Caswell Bay and Pwll Du Bay all within 15 minutes. Locally, you can enjoy a host of water sports, including surfing, kayaking and fishing, or explore the many rock pools with your children looking for crabs and shrimps. Swansea is a short drive away with plenty of restaurants, markets, the Maritime Quarter and marina. Why not take in the Dylan Thomas Centre, a permanent exhibition of the world-renowned poet? Within an hour;s drive, and well worth a visit, is the lively capital city of Cardiff with its National Museum of Wales at St Fagan’s, as well as the Cardiff Bay area. Beach 800 yards. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Large and spacious house in a great location - short walk down the hill to shops in the Mumbles and the pier, and close to the beaches at Rotherslade and Langland bay too. It was great to be on a quiet no-through road with off-street parking. The owner was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Breeze Cottage. The cottage itself is lovely, very spacious and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The living area is ideal for chiiling watching tv in the evening, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are soo comfy!!The outdoor seating area is great for sitting outside in the sun.The cottage is a 5/10 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and pubs in The Mumbles, which is ideal.We do a lot of walking and the cottage is just off the Coastal path which was absolutely beautiful.This was our first time to South Wales and certainly won't be the last, it's absolutely gorgeous with so many lovely walks and stunning beaches.There are lots of places to eat...our favourite was The George.I would definitely recommend staying at Sea Breeze, we will be returning soon.
