A ground floor annex to the owners' home, providing spacious accommodation for couples, just a short drive from the craggy coves, picturesque beaches and famous Worms Head of Rhossili Bay and The Gower Peninsula. In the cottage there is one double bedroom with an en-suite WC and Basin, and a bathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath. There is also a compact kitchen with separate sitting room with comfy seating and dining area. Scurlage is a small village, named after the family who built a fortified manor house, although none of the remains of ‘Scurlage Castle’ have survived. This little village is between the popular beachside villages of Rhossili and Port Eynon and is close to the fantastic beaches of the Gower Peninsula including Oxwich Bay.

A friendly greeting on arrival with lots of information about the area and some welcoming treats in the kitchen. The homemade cakes were delicious. The cottage itself was superb with everything you could possibly need and a good base for exploring The Gower. We really enjoyed our stay there.
