No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced stream in the courtyard, 5ft away. This property is accessed via a rough track.. Teal is a lovely semi-detached cottage located in Llangennith, on the edge of the Gower Peninsular. Situated on the owner’s small holding, this property has everything for a romantic break, including an open plan living space with a wood burner, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker in the living area. There is a lovely courtyard to the front of the property, with a flowing stream, resident ducks and views over the open countryside.
Teal is the ideal property for those looking to explore the local area. Walks can be had from the front door of the property and over the owner’s land. For those bringing dogs, please ensure they are kept on a lead whilst on the owners land due to the sheep, chickens, ducks and horses that graze the land.
There is so much see and do in the local area. Just 2½ miles away is Rhossili beach, a lovely sandy stretch that is sure to make for a great day out with the dogs, or head out to Worms Head, but make sure you are back before the tide comes in! For those looking for watersports, then Llangennith beach is the place to be with an array of activities on offer during the year.
Toiletries are provided for you along with a welcome pack, to ensure a warm and friendly stay. Whatever you decide to do on this holiday, Teal is a fabulous place to come back to and relax and watch the sun set in the evening. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

We selected Teal Cottage based upon it's location and the photos on the website. However, the Cottage failed to meet our expectations, due to the following:1. Kitchen waste bin under sink, no lid, smelt.2. Sofa, over sized and was most uncomfortable. Bolster cushions provided but inadequate. Had to use pillows from the bed.3. Wardrobe used to store vacuum cleaner. Could not use smelt foisty. 4. Bed uncomfortable, too soft.5. Shower, very low water pressure needs a pump.6. Bathroom light above mirror not working.7. Greasy tray found in oven. Should have been checked and washed. 8. Perimeter coving hadn't been dusted.9. Bedroom Windows needed black out blinds due to outside security lights. 10. Warning strip required at Cottage entrance due to change in level.
