Foodies will love the west side of Swansea Bay for its fresh seafood and, at the right time of year, the village’s buzzing annual oyster festival. For laid-back moments, take a scenic stroll around Mumbles Hill Nature Reserve (0.5 miles), where clifftop paths and historic relics await. Cap off your day with a promenade wander, a stop off at a top-notch ice cream parlour, and be sure to get a photo of Mumbles’ iconic lighthouse (1 mile).
