The location is ideal for those who want to be within easy walking distance of Mumbles village, with its range of boutiques, shops and very close to the Promenade, the local beaches of Limeslade, Rotherslade and Langland.

Reception/Diner/Kitchen: An open plan area with a comfortable seating area, 2-seater sofa, TV, music system, Sony Playstation, wood burning stove (not for visitor use). Adjacent to this area is a spacious alcove that houses the large dining table and chairs for 8. 

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Shower Room: WC, basin, shower cubicle.

Utility Room: Washing machine, storage area and patio doors that lead out to the split-level garden.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: King bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, decorative fireplace.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, shower cubicle, WC.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables. Note: There are sloped ceilings in this bedroom.

External: Split level paved garden.

Sleeps 8: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Bunk

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Split level garden. On-road parking (first come first served basis). No pets. No smoking
