Guests appreciate the property's excellent location, ideal for exploring Conwy and Llandudno, with convenient access to transport and walking paths. The dedicated parking and modern decor are also noted positives. However, there are recurring mentions of creaky floorboards and a need for maintenance and better provision of information and basic supplies.
The property is generally described as clean, with specific praise for its tidiness upon arrival. However, some guests noted dust and spider webs, suggesting room for improvement in this area.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to local attractions, transport links, and walking paths, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
While the property is seen as compact and cosy, guests have raised issues with creaky floorboards, a low double bed, and a lack of storage space, which affects the overall comfort.
Facilities are noted as needing improvement, with reports of poor Wi-Fi, unreadable oven controls, and a lack of kitchen equipment. Maintenance issues like creaky floorboards and a non-functional heater are also mentioned.
Some guests felt the property lacked the thoughtful touches seen in other rentals, such as welcome gifts and comprehensive information packs. While these are not guaranteed, they contribute to the overall guest experience.
