It’s 9 miles from the historic market town of Llanrwst, with its pretty cafes, riverside walks, antique shops and art gallery, and 10 miles from Betws-y-Coed, Zip World Fforest and Eryri - the Snowdonia National Park. Head to the North Wales coast for days at the beach in Colwyn Bay, 15 miles, or Conwy, 18 miles - where you’ll also find a walled town and historic castle. Garden lovers won’t want to miss the National Trust’s famous Bodnant Garden, 12.5 miles.
