No smoking.. Dôl y Mynydd sits in its own private wildflower garden and enjoys simply stunning views over Snowdon and the dramatic rolling landscape. A few miles down the road in the Llangernyw, you’ll find a lovely local with log fires and delicious food. This popular watering hole does one of the best Sunday roasts around and offers a takeaway option, including delicious homemade wood-fired pizzas.
For a greater variety of eateries visit the beautiful village of Betws y Coed, which has numerous attractions and a distinctly Alpine feel, enhanced by the dense Gwydir Forest and mountain backdrop. The site is well-positioned to visit a variety of amazing attractions around North Wales including the Forest Coaster and Zip World, Go Below Underground Adventures, Surf Snowdonia, and the fantastic Highland Railway. Walking and hiking in the Snowdonia National Park is a must with some of the most scenic routes in the whole of the UK. Also, within easy reach are the Carneddau Mountains, plus numerous mountain lakes, offering mountain biking, walking and fishing. Bike hire, fishing and a cafe are available at Llyn Brenig (which contains a 10-mile round walk) or for less strenuous, but equally impressive routes visit Llyn Crafnant and Llyn Geirionydd.
What’s more, the North Wales Coast can easily be explored by car with the beaches of Llyn Peninsula, Anglesey, and Conwy all within an hour’s drive. However, despite the multitude of activities and attractions on offer you may want to put up shop and simply relax and unwind in this relaxing, hillside cabin. On-site, enjoy miles of glorious countryside with plenty of walks and an abundance of wildlife right on your doorstep. Listen to the chirrups of woodland birds singing in the trees while Red Kites and Buzzards soar overhead, and a charming collection of farm animals amble lazily around the fields. This lovely, secluded cabin is just right for a romantic break under the stars.

A beautiful setting. The cabin was clean and inviting. The out look from the cabin was a picture post card. Bed was comfortable.Very pleased you had a fan that was powerful in this hot weather.The only negative was we would have like a fridge with an ice box. ( Space in the porch to consider putting a fridge/freezer top box.Would recommend, highly.

What a beautiful spot the cabin was, hot tub clean and good temperature ready for our arrival. The accommodation was spotless and warm. A welcome gift of Welsh cakes and a bottle of bucks fizz was a nice touch. Lovely big fluffy towels and the cosiest of robes. Comfy bed, tea and coffee provided and a view to die for. BBQ was gas so no need to take charcoal, also clean and with utensils. Good recycling bins also. Can't fault the place we will go back and have recommended to friends already.

What an amazing find!!! The accommodation was fanstastic. Views were gorgeous and the location was perfect, I would highly recommend staying here and definitely plan to visit again. The property looks exactly as its does n the pictures. You will have complete privacy without anyone overlooking you. The hosts gave very clear instructions on how to get there.
