There is an open plan living room/kitchen, with a separate dining room with French doors overlooking the pretty rear garden and large patio, perfect for al fresco dining. There are village pubs within easy reach, and despite its quiet, rural location, Dolfran Bach makes an ideal base from which to explore the nearby north Wales coast. From the amazing Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay, to the Great Orme in Victorian Llandudno, there is so much for you to explore and discover. Visit historic Conwy with its Edward I castle and town walls, catch a wave (or just a coffee) at Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, or bounce in treetop nets and take a ride on the Fforest Coaster at Zip World Fforest in Betws-y-Coed. Beach 4 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub 2½ miles, restaurant ½ mile.

We had a lovely stay for a week at Dolfran Bach this summer. The home it self is all on one level which makes access easy, whilst giving you a cosy living space. We as a family of two adults and two children under 10, found the property clean, comfy and just enough for the four of us. The owners Rhian and Bob live next door in their home and were both welcoming and caring from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Expect to share your time there with chickens, horses, dogs and cats which are all very much loved and made our stay memorable, especially for the children who loved being around the animals daily! If you are looking for a property that is out of the way of busy towns and areas, but is close enough to drive to multiple 'tourist' and local destinations to explore (with some only 10 minutes away) then Dolfran Bach is perfect. We hope to return again soon!

Firstly, I have to praise Rhian and Bob for being the perfect hosts, what a wonderful couple who guided us in and out of the property because on a country lane. Superb!! The cottage was a lot more spacious than we anticipated and everything was catered for. Don't get us started on the recliners in the living room so, so comfortable. We only went out twice, we were just so happy to enjoy the peace and quiet and watch their horse pass the window. Our only small niggle was there was no view from the cottage (the main house was fantastic), otherwise would have been 12 out of ten but this would not detract from us going back. Outstanding value for money 🤗
