Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the apartment's peaceful location, comfort, and cleanliness. The thoughtful touches, such as welcome cakes and local information, are well-received. While most reviews are positive, a few mention issues with maintenance and cleanliness, but these are exceptions rather than the rule.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the apartment clean and well-maintained, with soft towels and bedding. However, a few reviews mentioned dust, spiders, and a specific incident of fibreglass insulation in the garden, which suggests occasional lapses in cleanliness.

The apartment's location is highly praised for its quietness and proximity to local attractions, the seafront, and good transport links, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The majority of guests found the apartment comfortable, with a big comfy bed, pleasant decor, and a homely feel. A few guests mentioned a broken bed and a lumpy child's bed, but these comments are relatively rare.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and added entertainment options like Netflix. Some guests suggested improvements such as better signage and minor maintenance on fixtures.

Guests frequently mention the thoughtful gestures, such as cakes, milk, and tea provided by the owner. While these gifts are appreciated, they are a bonus and not guaranteed with every stay.
