This delightful restored, detached stone cottage set on a working farm in the Conwy Valley, close to the National Trust’s beautiful garden at Bodnant. With a cosy wood burner in the living room and walks from the door, this makes an ideal base for exploring the area. Conwy and its castle and town walls, Aberconwy House and Plas Mawr are close by, as is the Victorian town of Llandudno with its beaches and Great Orme’s Head. Visit Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, the UKs first artificial surfing lake! Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Fantastic welcome to beautiful cottage, superb accommodation, facilities and location. We were well looked after. Much to see and do in the surrounding area of course: North Wales is gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Hen Dy, so much so we have booked a holiday there for next year. The cottage was set in a beautiful location and furnished with attention to detail. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean.The kitchen was well equipped to include a dishwasher, washing machine tumble dryer and all the kitchen equipment you would need. There are so many lovely places to visit within easy reach of Hen Dy, including Conwy and Bodnant Gardens.

We had a lovely stay at Hen Dy, its a nice place to be in a quiet area with everything you would need. Not to far to travel to some lovely places in North Wales. Its a well equipped cottage & for us a bonus ev charger on site. The owner was wonderful & very helpful, when entering the cottage there was a homemade cake & some wine (plus bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee). Very friendly and helpful host who made our stay a real pleasure, highly recommended.
