There’s also a utility room and a separate cloakroom. The ground floor houses two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. One of the rooms offers sea views, while the second has garden views and an en-suite shower room. The ground floor is completed by a gleaming family bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll discover two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with twin beds. There’s also a shared shower room on this floor. All rooms on the upper-level feature sloping ceilings and Velux windows. Outside, the property boasts a large enclosed garden at the rear, which includes a patio and a lawn. At the front, the garden provides spectacular views over the bay.
The beautiful sandy beach, charming harbour, and a fine selection of shops and eateries are reachable on foot from your door. It’s a 4.5-mile drive or a picturesque cycle ride to the delightful Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Llandudno is known for its numerous family attractions, including the longest pier in Wales, a theatre, a cable car to the Great Orme Summit, open bus tours, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The property also provides a fantastic base for exploring Snowdonia National Park, which begins 7 miles from home, offering excellent outdoor activities and stunning mountain scenery to explore.
