We had a comfortable stay at Croeso. The house is in a quiet area but the shops/restaurants of Deganwy are just down the road. Plus Conwy and Llandudno are also close.

Initial impression was good. The house was clean and spacious situated in a quiet cul de sac. However, there were a few annoying aspects which I think could be easily rectified. No toilet roll, no dish washer tablets, no washing up liquid and no bin liners. I have stayed at other cottages before and have found that these basic items were initially provided, it’s very annoying to have to shop for them on the first day of your holiday.I think the property is in need of new window blinds in the bedrooms. The existing blinds are obviously old and unusable. There were also two broken door handles. We were also concerned about the patio door lock at the rear which was in need of attention for security reasons.Overall , the house is in need of a maintenance check to bring it up to the advertised standard.
