Fitted and furnished to a high standard, this property is a luxurious option for a couple looking to explore the beautiful North Wales coast and countryside, as well as the top amenities and attractions in Llandudno itself. This apartment is part of an attractive period building situated at the start of a road lined with pretty Victorian properties that leads to the sea front. The living spaces of the accommodation consist of a modern and well-appointed kitchen with a handy utility room offering space to store walking boots and coats, as well as a spacious sitting room with dining area and a large, comfortable sofa.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated with a neutral palette, offering a bright and airy space as well as a pleasing super king-size bed. The contemporary bathroom offers the perfect space to relax after a busy day of exploring; take a soothing bath and feel any aches and pains just melt away. The property is situated at the base of the Great Orme, so many of its activities and attractions are within walking distance, as is the seashore and the shops and eateries of the town centre. Nearby is the fortified town of Conwy with its historic castle

The pretty seaside resort of Llandudno has been popular with tourists for over 150 years thanks to its immaculate seafront, charming Victorian architecture and many attractions. The town stretches between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme, and offer two beautiful beaches, the most well known of the two being North Shore, a pebble beach backed by impressive Victorian hotels and offering a traditional pier with games and stalls. West Shore is the quieter option, boasting a length of sand backed by dunes and featuring impressive views over the coast and towards Anglesey. Make sure to take a trip up to the heights of the Great Orme, either by foot, car, cable car or even the Victorian Great Orme Tramway for a panoramic view over the town. There are a number of fascinating activities and attractions on the Great Orme, from a dry ski slope and tobogganing, to a prehistoric copper mine. The town itself has plenty to offer visitors, with an array of high street and independent shops as well as a number of cafes, bars and restaurants. A short drive from Llandudno is the town of Conwy, a unesco World Heritage site featuring a large stone castle and town walls built by Edward I, as well as other attractions such as Bodnant Gardens and the Snowdonia National Park.

It was ***** originally. Over time and the standard has reduced now *** maximum. The woodwork was in need of repainting, floor boards have become squeaky, toilet seat was loose (close to becoming detached). The beds were hard not comfortable, bed sheets we're course. Settee in lounge had been patch repaired professionally. We reported the toilet seat issue to the local telephone number but got no reply to our message .

The only problem were the steps to the front door. Also we had a little trouble at first to get the key out . Everything was really clean and new . Val. 12 August 2023.
