Morfran is a terraced property sleeping up to eight people, with four bedrooms. In a wonderful sea-front location in Deganwy, between Llandudno and Conwy, the property benefits from superb views westward across the estuary to Conwy mountain and Marina.

Morfran (the Welsh for cormorant) is in a beautiful location at the mouth of the Conwy Estuary. Just cross the road in front of the house and you are on the beach. All the rooms at the front of the house have amazing views over the estuary and out to sea with Anglesey in the distance. The cormorants, which inspired the house name, can often be seen on the water.

The house has plenty of space over 3 levels. On the ground floor is the entrance and a games room with football table, 3/4 size pool table, 50" TV with DVD player, Wii U and playstation 4 consoles complete with a large selection of blu rays discs/DVD and games. The ground floor also has a utility room with drying space, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and a bathroom with shower, wc and sink. The kitchen is a mezzanine level between the first and ground floors and is very well equipped with a large range oven (gas hob and electric oven and grill), microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker, sandwich toaster and a plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The first floor has the living room-diner offering great views to the estuary. The dining table has seating for 8 and a high chair, the living room has 2 sofas and a chair plus a TV, DVD player and stereo. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (large bath, separate shower). The second and third bedroom are both twin room (2 single beds in each) with wardrobes and chest of drawers. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (full size) plus chest of drawers and wardrobe. The family bathroom is also on the second floor and has a bath, separate shower, wc and sink.

There is parking for 1 car with more parking available on the road (free). There is a small garden in front of the house with garden furniture.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included in the tariff.  The house accepts 2 dogs. This is a no smoking property.

Morfran is located in Deganwy, a quiet town between Llandudno and Conwy. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby if you don't fancy cooking. The Welsh Coast path runs right passed the house and offers a safe walking route to Conwy or Llandudno. A short drive away is the Snowdonia National park and all the activities it's famous for.
