Everything was in great working order and we have no complaints whatsoever. We never tired of the view and loved watching the tides changing and the sea mist rolling in offshore. The weather was very kind to us too, just perfect for our 2 year old grandsons first holiday. We do have one suggestion and that is regarding the duvet in the bunkbeds - the tog rating was very high and given the house is quite warm even without heating, a lower tog rating would be more comfortable.

3 generations from same family all under one roof and all thoroughly enjoyed but what is there not to love. Inside the house is spacious, clean, well equipped and warm. From inside the views out over the beach, the sea, the mountains are dramatic. Many reviews echo what we say so I'll just mention some worthwhile places to visit. OUTDOORS 1) The outdoor centre approached from road beyond the pier- great toboggan ride for all the family. 2) Aber Falls 3) Bodnant Gardens (National Trust) - lovely walks even if not a keen gardener.EATING 1) Romeos (Italian) in Llandudno centre 2) The Palladium (Wetherspoons) but actually quite good. 3) Pen Y- Bryn in Colwyn Bay (Brunning and Price chain.) We will be back - children can't wait.

The location is perfect and close to the places we like to go. I would definitely stay there again.
