Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

This trip was exactly what we were after. A weekend of complete relaxation and peace. Lodge was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot tub and terrace area was great and the grounds were well kept and peaceful. Staff were really helpful in the run up to check in and while there. Minor negatives would echo those of other reviews: a blind on the front door would increase privacy and a chopping board in the kitchen for cooking. Our ensuite had a slight drain smell but we didn't raise this with the team at the time as it wasn't too big an issue. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely gorgeous lodge and site.Stayed in lodge 48 Llewelyn premier, dog friendly was the best I’ve been too and I’ve stayed in many lodges. The site is just beautiful with big gorgeous fields to walk / run with the dog, nice and quiet with impeccable grounds.Only negative if I have to give one, was our front door had no blind so had to be super careful when getting changed as one of the bedrooms was opposite, just think a little blind for more privacy would be useful for sure.Definitely going to re book when they arrange discounts for returning guest which I was told is happening soon. All Staff were fabulous and the lady on reception was just lovely.And a big Shout out to Sharon the manager for her amazing customer service when emailing to arrange birthday balloons :-) my little mum was over the moon 🩷Thanks guys we can’t wait to return.Your all doing a fantastic job, well done pals isaf 🤩♥️
