Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

Work Parties: No Work vehicles or Workwear will be permitted on site. Un-authorised Work Parties will not be allowed to stay.

The Welsh Government has introduced new waste and recycling rules for holiday rentals in Wales. This means you must empty and clean all items before disposal and separate your waste into the designated bins. Non-compliance could result in you receiving a fine, so we appreciate in advance your cooperation.

Good location for many places in North Wales and easy to find. The staff was pleasant on check in and out, but apart from that we did not need to speak with them. Site was lovely and clean and quiet. The lodge was comfy and had everything we needed. The only things we could fault was the toilet paper was poor quality and there was no blind on the door, so coming out the second room to the bathroom could be seen. Apart from them two minor points, we had a brilliant weekend and would stay again.

We had a great stay here for a chilled long weekend away! The lodge itself was beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The hot tub was an added bonus that was lovely on the evening! We booked a table at the local Piccadilly Inn and recommend doing this, the food was absolutely gorgeous and one of the best pub meals I’ve had! My only reason for 4 stars is because the lack of some basic items, I understand it is self catering however why provide a dishwasher if not even providing one or two tablets? If I’d known it had a dishwasher I’d have brought my own, other simple things like a salt and pepper grinder, ice cube tray also not provided, and only one towel per person, if a hot tub is a feature of the lodge an additional towel for this should be provided. If this was my first time staying in a place like this it would be 5 stars, but I’ve stayed in other self catering lodges elsewhere that provide these basic things.

Lovely, clean lodge in a peaceful setting with everything we needed.The hot tub was the highlight ,relaxing, well maintained, and perfect in the evenings.The lodge was cosy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped.Hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We’d happily return and highly recommend it.
