This detached barn conversion is set in an area of natural beauty, close to the village of Botwnnog, looking out towards the likes of Cardigan Bay. With its own secluded garden, woodland and unspoilt countryside, Ty'n Y Muriau Cottage dates back to the 1840's, well-appointed for scenic adventures and outdoor pursuits. Whether you are travelling with friends or planning a holiday with the family, this country cottage is the perfect opportunity to make yourselves right at home. Inside, discover the lounge/diner, designed with partial beams; one side houses a leather sofa and a woodburner effect fire for those cosy nights in, whilst a table for four people lies by the window, a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast. Two bedrooms are an excellent addition to the cottage, the first contains a luxurious four-poster bed, and the second hosts charming bunk beds. You will be spoilt for choice from one night to the next. A delightful shower room joins the formation and the farmhouse style kitchen leads out to the beautiful garden, where you can rest on the patio furniture available, amongst the garden layered with plants and flowers. Not too far away are a number of beaches with plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied, including golf, sailing, sea and coarse fishing, and horse riding. The golden bays of Abersoch are 4½ miles, and the market town of Pwllheli boasts shops, restaurants and pubs. Criccieth, Porthmadog and Portmeirion are also places worth visiting, as well as Snowdonia National Park. A cosy cottage in a fabulous location.
Botwnnog sits between Mynytho and Sarn Meyllteyrn offering your local amenities.
