Bryn Min Manton Bach is a well-regarded apartment in Caernarfon, praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and convenient location. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like welcome snacks. While some minor maintenance issues and noise from the road and upstairs are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The apartment is frequently described as clean, spotless, and well-maintained, with several guests highlighting its tidiness. However, a few reviews mention issues such as a smelly vacuum cleaner and a dirty shower extractor, slightly affecting the overall impression.
The location is generally praised for its proximity to local amenities, the town centre, and attractions in North Wales. The presence of a nearby petrol station and the property being on a busy road are occasional drawbacks mentioned.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the apartment spacious. Some reviews, however, mention uncomfortable sofas and suggest the addition of curtains for better sleep quality due to street lights.
The apartment's facilities are modern and usually in good working order, but several reviews cite issues with showers, boilers, and door locks. The lack of teaspoons and mugs is a recurring minor complaint.
Guests are delighted by thoughtful gestures such as Christmas decorations and welcome snacks. It's important to note that while these touches are appreciated, they may not be a consistent offering for all stays.

Quite local to everything - everything was 30/40 minutes away. Had a texaco right in front with morrisons and tesco a couple minutes away. However the cutlery wasnât clean to the best standard, hoover was smelly and didnât pick up any bits of rubbish off the floor. Other than that, great place, iâd love to visit again.

No noise came through from other flats. Nicely situated for Caernarfon attractions, all within easy walking distance. Ideal also for setting off to places further afield. Road outside not busy or too noisy most of the time. Couple of very minor points whch did not affect my break: The TV refused to come on at first and there were no instructions. The information booklet mentions a Samsung TV but it is a Logik. Problem solved by unplugging and leaving off for a whle. Worked first time when plugged back in and everytime afterwards. Also good wi-fi throughout, good enough to watch football on Laptop in HD. The road was generally quiet but occasionally a car with a loud exhaust would speed past in the early hours. No great problem to me. A kitchen waste caddy was mentioned in the information but I could not find one. Anyyway, apart from such very minor things, I reall enjoyed myself, Thank you very much.

In the kitchen there is no coffee making facility. Only instant coffee making is possible. No teapot.. There is only a watercooker. Policy is that you take all food with you. So you have to throw away olive oil, pasta etc. But it could be usefull for the next visitors. We asked the landlord or manager of the property about the coffee machine , but never got any response.
