The lounge/diner greets you on arrival, a space with a wood burner neatly tucked away in a fireplace alcove and comfy seating set opposite a TV. Discover another TV in the double bedroom upstairs, perfect for those who like to enjoy their favourite film from the comfort of bed. Moving back downstairs, past the shower room, find a kitchen with direct access to the patio space. This area is fully furnished for alfresco evenings and presents a shed and bike wash station for all of your storage needs in between daily adventures.

Just 5 miles away, the crescent beach and village of Nefyn offers a fantastic base for any break with shops, pubs and coastal walking routes that set off from here. The property is surrounded by Llyn’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty countryside, with landmarks including the Gyrn Ddu stones just 3 miles away and St Cybi's Well 4.5 miles. The young at heart will adore an afternoon at Glasfryn Parc Activity Centre (2 miles), home to an aquapark and go-karting with activities including archery, wakeboarding and paddleboarding also available close by.
