Offering glorious countryside views and in a convenient central location for Snowdonia’s mountains, castles and steam railways, this charming former detached barn is situated alongside the main farmhouse on the owners’ working Welsh mountain sheep and beef farm. There is wonderful walking from the doorstep and, within 0.5 miles the popular cycle route ‘Lon Eifion’ passes by. Shop 2 miles away, nearest pub with restaurant 4 miles. There is a beach 6 miles away, making this an ideal family home.

Excellent location and accommodation. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

A lovely stay in a beautiful cottage. I woukd suggest a light outside the front door, as when we were packing the car it was extremely dark. Also on the driveway there is a dip where a drain is. It's quite a dip, luckily I missed it but a warning to guests would be a good idea.

Our second stay at Graianog Bach. It has everything we need for our family with 2 teenagers and small dog. Guto is friendly and is never far if we need him - but we didn't. Shops are about 10 minutes's drive away in Pen y Groes. There are lots of places to visit with beaches, castles, mountains not far away. We like staying here because it comfortable and there's lots to do, even if the weather isn't favourable.
