Close to the Snowdonia National Park and a 20-minute drive to Snowdon itself, these three spacious, attractive and comfortable barn conversions boast stunning views over beautiful countryside alongside superfast Wi-Fi. The holiday cottages (refs. OZ3, OZ4 and OZ5) are located just yards away from the Wales Coast Path, which leads to a lovely pebble backed sandy beach whilst affording wonderful bird watching opportunities on the way. Foryd Bay, where the properties are located, is a designated rspb Lapwing reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales has also become the UK’s newest unesco World Heritage Site in 2021. Within easy driving distance there are a myriad exciting activities including mountain biking,surfing, sailing, excellent walking, riding and golf. The properties are also conveniently located for Zip World.
Caernarfon, with its magnificent castle, and a fine selection of shops, restaurants and pubs is just 4 miles away and is also the start of the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of Snowdonia. Tai Coch Chatham is a perfect location for relaxing winter escapes and summer beach holidays. Shop and restaurant 2½ miles, pub serving food 1 mile (seasonal).

Lovely cottage ideally located near a dog friendly beach, Dinas Dinlle, and close to the Welsh Castles World Heritage Site, the mountains of Snowdonia, Lleyn Peninsula and several National Trust properties. There is a lot to see and do whatever the weather. The cottage is warm, comfortable and ideal as a base for one or two people plus dog. The garden is secure and enclosed with a footpath close by. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. This was my second stay at Ty Sam and it won't be the last.

Fantastic cottage in a great location. It was our 2nd visit this year and we'll definitely be back. The hosts are really welcoming and friendly who always make sure everything is ok with your stay. Nearby beach is great for walking to from the cottage if you wish, or a short drive. Great breakfast at Caernarfon Airport if you don't fancy cooking too or a nice cuppa and a cake after a bracing October walk on the beach. Overall a great time had in this lovely clean, comfy and cosy cottage.

last. The cottage is warm and cosy and the garden is lovely and secure for dogs. There was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived and we were given more eggs and lovely cake for our second week. The owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The cottage is close to Caernarfon and a lovely beach and supermarkets, petrol stations are a short distance away. there is lots to see and do in the area. We had a wonderful holiday.
