About this property
With the golden sands of Llanbedrog beach to front and the lush headland to the rear, 2 The Boathouse is in a simply stunning location that cannot be matched.
Fully refurbished for 2019 and located on the water's edge of the picturesque Llanbedrog beach with the Llanbedrog headland rising behind it, 2 The Boatyard is fabulous inside and out. 100 metres across the sand lies the sophisticated beach bar and restaurant and a little further up the lane lies the Plas Glyn y Weddw art gallery with cafe and events. For a more strenuous walk take the steps up to the Tin Man who watches over the bay and enjoy the spectacular views. A short drive leads to the bustling seaside village of Abersoch and the market town of Pwllheli.
Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

Rooms: Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living area, king bedroom with en suite shower room and one further shower room. Upstairs: Twin bedroom. Please note: Ceiling height in this loft room is low.
Kitchen and utilities: Modern kitchen area with sleek units, integrated oven and grill, integrated hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and fabulous uninterrupted views.
Entertainment: Wall-mounted TV in living area and twin bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Enclosed stone patio with glass surround balcony, outdoor dining table with chairs and uninterrupted views across Llanbedrog beach.
