This attractive stone cottage sits in a rural position just outside the village of Abersoch and has a fantastic large garden with far-reaching sea and countryside views.
This lovely stone cottage sits in an elevated position just above the village of Abersoch and boasts fabulous far-reaching coastal views across Cardigan Bay. A five minute car journey will bring you to the village centre where you'll find shops, restaurants, a golf course, a yacht club and sandy beaches. The cottage is single storey and therefore a good option for those with mobility difficulties.
Very attractive with plenty of space both inside and out, Idrisfa opens into a light and spacious hallway with slate flooring. There is a beautiful fitted kitchen equipped with electric hob, double oven, Belfast sink, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods) and dishwasher and a separate utility houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and drinks fridge. The living room has a fantastic woodburner, digital TV, DVD, CD radio and a dining area with table and chairs to seat eight. The room has wonderful sea views and there are games provided for the whole family to enjoy. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single day bed. The second bedroom has a king size double and two singles, and an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, basin and WC.
Idrisfa has wonderful outside space from which to enjoy the stunning views. There is a lawned garden to the front with a patio and outdoor furniture and an additional garden area to the rear. The garden boundary is marked by low stone walling and guests with small children should be aware that it is not fully enclosed. There is ample off-road parking for up to three cars and a boat. The cottage has a great choice of walks from the door and you can reach Hell's Mouth, Bwlchtocyn beach, Abersoch or Llanengan within 20 minutes.
