This is in a lovely location just yards from the harbour, overlooking the top end of the boat yard so you can admire the views of the yachts and motor boats.

This three storey property has a small entrance hall which leads to a lounge, with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV/ DVD player and WiFi. Double doors lead into the kitchen diner. The kitchen has modern fitted units and is equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a table and chairs for six. From the kitchen, doors lead to a sunny conservatory with rattan furniture then to an enclosed garden with tables and chairs. There are two bedrooms on the first floor; a double bedroom with small balcony and boat yard views and one with full-size bunk beds and views over the garden. The large master double bedroom is on the second floor. There is a modern well fitted bathroom with separate shower and another shower room with basin and WC on the ground floor. The house has off-road parking for 2 cars.

The bustling village of Abersoch is a very popular holiday destination all year round. Both Abersoch Harbour Beach and Abersoch Main Beach are within a short walk of Boatyard Place. This area is a popular place for watersports, wind surfing, power boating and yachting, with regattas held here during the year.  The village has a choice of local shops for provisions and a great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs.
