Spend long, lazy days on one of the area's lovely beaches, enjoy traversing the scenic coastline, or simply take in the wonderful views, before returning to your lovely cottage to relax and enjoy some alfresco moments outside on the patio. The famous Ty Coch Inn, down on the beach at Porthdinllaen is a great place for a meal you don’t want to cook, after all you are on holiday! The small town of Nefyn is nearby, and Abersoch, Pwllheli, and Criccieth with its castle are all within easy reach. The pretty fishing village of Aberdaron, worthy of a visit particularly to see the small National Trust property of Plas Yn Rhiw, and Whistling Sands, are short drives away. A little further afield a visit to Porthmadog is a must, home to the famous Ffestiniog Railway or perhaps visit the Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion and the World Heritage Site of Caernarfon. With the whole of the spectacular Llyn Peninsula on the doorstep, plus a superb 27-hole golf course not too far away, Fernlea is ideally located for a fabulous holiday or break away, anytime throughout the year.

The pretty coastal village of Morfa Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two-mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families.
