. however I will not be using sykes if possible. Took me four days to get hold of someone from sykes to report damage to a shower that caused me to fall and made it impossible for my disabled wife to use the shower in her room. I made multiple phonecalls and got told in the messenger that I was constantly filtered too I would receive a call back each day and didn't!.. However once the owner of the property was informed he acted swiftly and resolved the issue. He is not at fault.
