The cottage is consistently described as clean, with guests noting its well-maintained state. The high level of cleanliness contributed positively to the overall experience.
The location is highly praised for its beautiful views and proximity to Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands, and Criccieth. However, one review mentioned that the view is partially obstructed by hedgerows, slightly impacting the score.

A lovely dog friendly property which we thoroughly enjoyed. Two armchairs sit in the French windows with nice views across to Harlech ( about 4 miles).Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands and Criccieth are all very close.Mrs. Williams lemon drizzle cake is epic. We would go again.

Lovely, cottage nestled in the Welsh hillside, with views out to BlackRock Sands. The owners are delightful, and Marion had a Lemon Drizzle Cake waiting for us on arrival.3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite, and the 3rd has its own separate bathroom. The cottage was clean, and had everything you need for a self catering holiday .Nearest town is Porthmadog, which has plenty of shops, takeaways and , restaurants. There is a big carpark, and one of the main stations on the Welsh Heritage Railway. There is a large Tesco, with a petrol station here as well.I can highly recommend staying here.We had a wonderful stay, even though the weather wasn’t kind to us.
