BBQ External utiltiy room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. On entering the proeprty you are greeted by a spacious open plan living space with doors leading out to the rear enclosed garden, from here there is a gate onto a path to which you can take a short walk down to Black Rock Sands, a large sandy beach that spans for 2 miles backed by sand dunes and plenty of rock pools to keep the children and adults entertained for hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, there’s also a separate utility in the garden area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all stylishly decorated, and a quality modern walk-in shower room.
There really is a lovely welcoming feeling in this house as soon as you walk through the door, and your ideally positioned to explore this special region. Around 15 minutes walk you will find the famous Black Rock Sands, You are perfectly placed for mountain and coastal walks.
There’s a wealth of activities in the area, from rock climbing, kayaking, quad bike tours, or why not take a Llama for a walk? You are also right next to a fantastic golf course. The nearby town of Porthmadog is only 2 miles away and has a wealth of places to eat, lots of quaint independent shops and is also home to the famous Welsh Highland Railway. The Italian style village of Portmeirion is a short 15-minute drive away. Take a drive a little further just under 12 miles and you’ll discover the imposing Harlech Castle which is a unesco World Heritage site. Set less than 2 miles from the edge of the Snowdonia National Park why not take a walk up Wales’s highest mountain? Beach ½ mile.

Lovely little cottage which is more spacious than it looks in pics.Everything very clean and well presented.Beds comfy, no top sheets on the double beds though so if it's hot you have no covers apart from a duvet.Secure back garden for a dog.Nice quiet location, opposite a caravan park with a shop and chippy.5 mims from Porthmadog, only 15 mins from Bedgellert which is a lovely place to visit.Peter met us at the door on arrival to explain everything and a nice welcome basket.Would 100% book again.

Mountain View is a stunning location, accomodation is absolutely spot on, very well equipped, everything working perfectly and a very generous welcome basket. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Beach, shops, Bar, Fish 'n' chips all within a short walk. will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely cottage with everything that was needed. Cute garden too. Everywhere was clean and smelt gorgeous. Beds comfy & clean (quilt a bit too warm for summer for me!! )Easy to walk thro opposite caravan site to get to black rock beach & well placed for Porthmadog & the llyn peninsula.Would definitely book again.
