About this property

5 Ger Afon is a well‑arranged holiday home resting in the coastal village of Llanbedrog, Gwynedd, offering a practical base for families or friends looking to explore the Llŷn Peninsula. Thoughtfully laid out with a blend of ground‑floor and first‑floor accommodation, the property is well-suited to mixed‑age groups seeking space and flexibility. Inside, the sitting room provides a pleasant place to unwind after days spent exploring the coast, with a Smart TV on hand for evenings in beside the crackling of a woodburning stove. The kitchen/diner is arranged for everyday self‑catering, offering space to prepare meals and gather around the table, while a separate utility room adds useful laundry facilities and storage.

The accommodation includes three well-appointed bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. On the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom and a family room featuring a double bed, single bed and TV. A further king-size bedroom is located upstairs. The bedrooms are served by a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC, along with a first-floor shower room featuring a walk-in shower, basin and WC, helping to keep busy mornings running smoothly. Outside, 5 Ger Afon benefits from an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, providing a pleasant space to enjoy fresh air throughout the day.

Off‑road parking is available for up to three cars, and shops and pubs are just a short stroll away. From here, head to Abersoch for beaches and watersports, visit Pwllheli for marina walks and shops, or enjoy scenic coastal paths across the Llŷn Peninsula. With its village setting and adaptable layout, 5 Ger Afon offers a dependable base for a North Wales break.

The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
