Glan Y Don provides fantastic family accommodation in an enviable beachside position in the wonderful village of Abersoch. This delightful double-fronted cottage boasts a sitting room with exposed beams, lovely woodburner and superb sea views, and to the rear is a spacious dining room leading through to a modern fitted kitchen. Upstairs at this cottage in Abersoch, you will find three bedrooms, with two enjoying views over the beach and harbour, whilst outside are steps cut into the rocks that lead onto the beach. The harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula. The village, a popular sailing venue offers three beaches, as well as shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs to explore, plus the towns of Pwllheli and Criccieth are nearby, and within driving distance are the Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey.

we were a family of 5, 3 generations and there was plenty of room for us all downstairs its very homely in the bedrooms. everything we needed we had.l spoke via WhatsApp to the owner to clarify a few points and she was very helpful the only negative points were the sofas could do with replacing as there are big dips and not a lot of support also the kitchen chairs could do with glueing together again as quiet wobbly but saying this l would still return

Could not have been more perfect. Very basic accommodation but provides everything needed. The handrail on the stairs needs looking at as dangerous - you catch/trap your fingers every time. Decor is very bland and cheap. The dining chairs are quite loose and not at all sturdy. Additional steps on the upper floor so wasnât ideal for my aging parents. However the location was so great I would certainly consider booking again.
