What a lovely barn conversion, the owners clearly made an effort to make it homely. It was very clean and in very good condition, clearly a recent renovation. The extension is very bright with three walls of windows providing lovely views of the countryside. We had a great 4 days there and the owners are very attentive, when needed. Things we would improve: the quality of the wifi (which is very weak, and phone signal can be intermittent), and the TV signal (which is bad and some channels are often out of range).If you are an EV owner - there are very few charging options in the area and those can be expensive.

Lovely place to stay, the house looks new and tidy, quiet and private, plenty of parking space and the road condition is fine. Kids love to talk to the cows and sheep on the field. Lots of room in the house, kitchen has all the things we need for prepare a quick meal. Shower was good and lots of towels provided. Helen visited us on the day we arrived to check if we need any help and she has given advice on local places to do and visit.

This is an exceptional property, that only recently became available. It is extremely well appointed with high quality white goods and furnishings. Very comfortable beds, a large shower in a modern bathroom. Very roomy ktchen area with dining tables and chairs. It is enclosed within a large well maintained fenced in area immedietly off a very quiet lane with no other buildings or homes within sight or sound. This is the essance of this barn conversion, the absolute peace and tranquility with the only sounds coming from the inquisitive cattle and sheep in the next field. There is a Londis Store and garage/shop a couple of miles away, but the hosts supply a welcome pack (bread milk coffee tea etc) but I would advise a small shop before arriving. The WiFi was more than adequate for our needs, although I believe both it and the TV were affected by the extreme weather conditions (heat wave) for our week. Its in an ideal location, equidistant from Pwlleli and Nefyn and perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsuila which has much to offer. Mrs Jones was the perfect host and was available and helpful. We stay in cottages 3/4 times a year and this has to be up there with the best. Be aware that to get anywhere will require traversing the narrow lanes, and may require occassional reversing, but the locals are very accomodating and tolerant of visitors. Very highly recommended.
