Beautiful property and surrounding area. However, a couple of suggestions would be as follows:An information file would be really helpful giving details of the nearest grocery shop, petrol station, recommended places to eat, doctors and dentist, etc and it would be interesting to read a little bit about the history of the barn if it is known. Also a Guest book that visitors could write in suggesting any good places to visit that they have been to or eaten at.It was so lovely to be welcomed with a delicious cut loaf of fresh bread, Welsh cakes and milk. One small suggestion though would be to maybe provide a little bit of butter to use on the bread as if you arrive quite late after a long journey as we did, and are unaware of where the nearest shop is to obtain any, it was really mouth watering having to wait until later the next day to tuck into that wonderful cut loaf!!

This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautiful clean, comfy and it’s lovely and warm. But would also be wonderfully cool with all the patio doors open in the hot summer. The beds are comfy and the shower is amazing. The views are stunning and you can see all the way to the sea. The sheep in the field are hilarious and kept us entertained and the dawn chorus was spectacular. It’s only a short drive to Pwllheli if you need anything although the cottage is equipped with everything you should need. The WiFi isn’t very strong but it’s nice to be off grid for a bit. Also it’s not where it says on the guide map, it’s a good 2 miles further up the lane which has beautiful trees & flowers lining it. I would hugely recommend staying here and have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Fabulous week at Batin with weather to match.A beautifully converted barn surrounded by panoramic scenery and fields with the only neighbours being sheep, lambs, cows and wildlife. The barn is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with the outstanding feature being the addition of a stunning conservatory/lounge area where we could have spent the whole week!!Outstanding beaches and countryside walks within 15 minutes and plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets 10 minutes away in Pwllheli.Lovely welcome pack and owners to complete the perfect holiday. We hope to return soon.👍👍👍
