These comfortable and well appointed converted farm buildings are adjacent to the owner’s residence on a working farm, with a shared laundry facility between both properties. Semi-detached Bodwi Isaf and detached Bodwi Bach offer a good holiday base from which to enjoy the attractions of the area. Abersoch, 1 mile, with its sandy beach and harbour is well worth a visit. There are several sandy beaches within two miles and good facilities for sailing, fishing, pony trekking and playing golf. The surrounding countryside is ideal for those who enjoy walking and birdwatching. The Lleyn Peninsula is within easy reach. Pwllheli 7 miles. Shop and Pub 1½ miles.

We loved staying at bodwi cottage..Had everything you needed cosy ,lovely garden and clean..The area is beautiful bit you do need a car to get around ..would definitely recommend.

Bodwi Isaf is a beautiful cottage with a well fenced, enclosed garden and we had a lovely week there. One quirk we noticed was that it seemed to be windier in the garden than anywhere else of the peninsula which was a shame as it did mean we couldn’t sit out as much as we would have liked even though is was usually sunny. I believe the cottage was completely refurbished for this season and so was in excellent order in all aspects but the one thing that unfortunately let’s it down from a comfort viewpoint is the two new, but very uncomfortable, settee's. The leatherette was not nice to sit on and both were very soft and unsupportive which is a pity as everything else was good including the beds. Whilst the cottage was generally clean, we did have to wash several of the cooking utensils before use such as the knives in the knife block and several of the cooking bowls.One annoyance was that even though we ticked the box on the booking saying we opted for towel hire, we only got one set of towels even though it was obvious that two people were staying. When we asked about the owner this we were told that the towels were provided by an external service and we could not get any more. On a positive note; The electric shower is the best we’ve ever used being simple in operation and excellent water flow.

Excellent accommodation and facilities; no bath and shower-cubicle is quite small.A short walk down hill & steps from car parking.No Towels, but otherwise everything excellent.Friendly approachable proprietor on this working-farm location.
