Great stay, good communication with the owner over a miner issue but was resolved on same day. Only small issue was the shower lay out but other than that really good holiday an would stay again

Book on same day as we wanted our break to start. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the piece and tranquility. It's on a very busy road but hardly noticed it. We did not use the garden. Had lovely tables and chair. Also barbecue which we would have used if weather was better. Beautiful location.

A beautiful cottage well maintained , comfortable with a nice enclosed garden. There was mostly everything we needed at the cottage , a fully equipped kitchen the only thing we couldn’t find was a cheese grater but that’s nothing, it had everything else. Hot water when needed , brilliant wood burner for a heating boost or chilly summer evenings. The welcome pack was most welcoming after a long journey. The cottage is a short drive from Pwllheli with a number of supermarkets and little shops there is some on street parking for 1 hour , parking at Asda for 1 1/2 paid for parking at the Maes . Personally I would park on the street take a look at the town then venture down to home bargains and park there to explore that end of town , then maybe go up towards the marina park at Plas Heli explore the beach . You could also drive up to the swimming pool on the opposite side and just beyond the pool park near the beach that side of town where there is a long beach . Explore what Pwllheli has to offer. The cottage is also near Llanberis , Caernarfon , Bangor , Menai bridge , Beaumaris and many more places so much to do and see maybe a week isn’t enough. The only downside maybe for some the busy road it’s not directly onto the road there is a lane and hedge before it , and it quietened down in the night .We went to the garden centre for lunch on the Sunday , had the tastiest lamb in a long time and plentiful . Breakfast there on the Monday and Tuesday, poached eggs on toast Monday cooked to perfection , full belly busting breakfast Tuesday with lovely doorstep toast and proper butter with coffee or tea included . We also got our seed potatoes and shallots and some lovely decently priced pots and plants that were great quality. The garden centre traffic/ car park wasn’t noisy and they open and close at a decent hour. The staff are all friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . The host had left contact numbers with the information note but we had no Issues. I would say this is a very comfortable family cottage for 6 . We were a couple so it was very spacious .
