Located beside the owners long established family run garden centre, this charming, well-appointed, semi-detached cottage with a cosy wood burner, is perfectly located for exploring the delightful Llyn Peninsula, renowned for its superb unspoilt scenery, excellent beaches, walking, cycling and water sports.
The garden centre boasts a wonderful café that’s open 7 days a week, serving locally sourced products and an array of homemade foods including cakes and quiches.
There are stunning views looking out across to the mountains of Snowdonia and the coastline of Cardigan Bay across to Porthmadog and as far as Barmouth. Nearby Pwllheli has a weekly market, a fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants as well as a leisure centre, golf and an impressive marina. Within easy reach are the outdoor pursuits and family attractions in the Snowdonia National Park including the Snowdon Mountain Railway and Caernarfon’s majestic castle. Beach 1½ miles. Shop ½ mile, pub 3 miles, restaurant 50 yards.

Cottage is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked. However, cleanliness on arrival is lower than expected for a holiday cottage, plenty of cobwebs, dusty radiators and the crockery hadn't been checked we had to put most of it through the dishwasher before we could use it. Shower leaks in the bathroom...through a light fitting in the kitchen (that no longer had the lightbulb in but a large water mark around it). Road noise can be heard through the night, but wasn't a massive issue. The sofas are torn and the kitchen rug was stained as were some of the bedsheets. Has the potential to be a lovely cottage but the furnishings need updating.

We loved the cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. It was in a great location and it was easy to travel to lots of different beaches from the village. A true home from home!

Great stay, good communication with the owner over a miner issue but was resolved on same day. Only small issue was the shower lay out but other than that really good holiday an would stay again
