The generous starter pack of logs and coal was welcome as we arrived to hail. A great location to visit all of our favourite beaches. Already booked to return in June. A more relaxed end to the holiday would be a 10am departure time, which most holiday cottages operate. Dawn High Peak

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Great sofa in lounge, log burner with starter pack. Beautiful bathroom, best I’ve seen in a Sykes let. Good location for exploring The Llyn. Downsides for me, underfloor heating didn’t come on at all so kitchen was cold. Tried to contact owners but no phone signal. BBQ wasn’t useable so bought a small one when out and about. The garden could do with being enclosed for a stay with a dog, even if it was a small fence across the back. The fridge and separate small freezer had both been turned off so we’re not cold.
