About this property

This is our new caravan set in a small pictures cul de sac near the lake and beach south side of the park.

Offering parking, plenty of grass area to play and decking area from the patio doors, where you can sit and relax, eat out and watch the sun go down in the evening.

The caravan has double-glazing and central heating throughout with the addition of a living flame fireplace to add a lovely warm feel to the living room area. For entertainment, there is a 47” TV in the lounge, a TV in the main bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped which includes, a full size fridge and 3 drawer freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, cookware, crockery and cutlery.

The caravan can sleep up to 6 people - consisting of one master bedroom with en suite. Two twin bedrooms, each with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. The main bathroom provides shower, toilet, and a basin.

For those with little ones we have a highchair, and travel cot, these are all stored under the bed in the master bedroom.

Please note - Booking go with Haven schedule of 4 night Mon-Fri and 3 night Fri-Mon

For your safety: Fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and electrical appliances are PAT tested.

Play Passes are NOT included but can be purchased following full payment only then we can register your arrival with Haven for you then to receive a link via email to purchase play passes before your arrival to enable you to organises and book your activities .

The Passes are required to enter the entertainment and swimming pool.

Check in and check out is 3pm on day of arrival & Check out is 10am on day of departure

Key safe code will be provided via email to you on your arrival day before checking time of 3pm

Bed linen is NOT included in the price:

Quilts and pillows are provided for all beds, but you must provide your own bed linen and towels.

We ask anyone wanting to rent our caravan to be respectful and keep it in a tidy state, as this is a privately family-owned caravan.

For fire safety - No BBQs to be used directly on grass or decking area

No pets and no smoking. No large group bookings.

Good Housekeeping bond of £150 for breakages, theft and stains to carpet or the soft furnishings is required..

This busy market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for its outstanding scenery, stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. This traditional seaside town offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and an impressive marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and popular Abersoch, a pretty harbour town also renowned for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities. Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust providing many remote bays, sandy beaches and exciting clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island.
