This caravan is a 2025 3 x bedroom/ 6 Berth, Deluxe Model (Haven Silver interior spec) the caravan is sited on Havens Hafan-Y-Mor 5 star award winning holiday caravan park near Pwllheli in North Wales and is located in a prime position. Safe for Children with a minimal amount of traffic and a 5 minute walk away from the swimming pool, the sea/beach, and coastal walks. The caravan is double glazed, centrally heated and offers a modern, stylish and spacious living area. The lounge has a 32" flat screen, freeview TV , USB/streaming and pull out double sofa bed. The kitchen has lots of storage space with a gas cooker with hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, dolce gusto (BYO pods) . The main bedroom has 24inch smart tv, fitted wardrobes and fully Lined curtains. There's also a separate toilet & wash basin, shower room.

The other two bedrooms each have twin beds & fitted wardrobes, 24" flat screen TV/ free View/USB/smart tv

All the beds have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets.

please bring your own towels for showering etc.

Please leave the caravan as you found it. We pride ourselves in offering a clean and tidy space for your holiday, please be respectful as it is also our holiday home too.. Any additional cleaning required will be deducted from your security deposit (min £30), as will any breakages or damage. Please report any damages or unserviceable equipment as soon as possible.

Parking is available for one car on the paved area outside.

Price includes gas, electric but not play passes, these can be purchased from haven before your visit or purchased on site at reception!

Check in is 3pm on day of arrival & Check out is 10am on day of departure. You can arrive on park from 9am but you will not be able to access the accommodation until 3pm.

The site provides everything for a family holiday. Close by is the historic market town of Pwllheli with its supermarkets, shops and lovely long sandy beach with ample parking. The historic castles of Criccieth and Harlech are close by, also within easy reach is Porthmadog where you can enjoy a ride on the famous Ffestiniog Welsh Highland Steam Railways & The Welsh Mountain Zoo. Black Rock Sands with its miles of flat sandy beach that you can actually drive onto is also close by. If you fancy a bit longer drive, Anglesey is 45-60 mins away with its outstanding beaches and stunning countryside.

If you wish to explore the mountains you can take the train to the summit of Mount Snowdon or if you are feeling energetic you can follow the path to the summit. There is a regular bus service from the park entrance, a request train stop at Penny chain which is a short walk from the site. Greenwood Park, and Zip World are also a short drive away.

Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and popular Abersoch, a pretty harbour town also renowned for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities. Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust providing many remote bays, sandy beaches and exciting clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island.
