The lively resort of Pwllheli’s many amenities are a short drive and the Snowdonia National Park, with its wealth of exhilarating outdoor pursuits and family attractions, is also within easy reach.

Lovely old farmhouse in a truly beautiful location, but it's expensive for what it is. It should be cheaper based on the limited facilities (no internet or phone signal, tiny tv, basic bathrooms and kitchen). We will be back because we love the location, but owners should consider reducing the price.

Beautiful situation with stunning views. Property very clean and well equipped with variety of kitchen utensils. Would agree with another review that pans are on the small side if catering for big appetites or six people but otherwise very happy. Really enjoyed getting away from it all. Linnets and barn swallows flying around the property. Picnic bench is not in the morning sun so take a couple of camping chairs so you can sit out in the morning sun. Good communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage was a little more basic than we’re used to but the location is fabulous with amazing views over the sea. It was clean with comfortable beds and good showers. Unfortunately there is no wifi (which we knew beforehand) and the mobile signal is weak. The nearest amenities are just under 2 miles away in the tiny but busy hamlet of Aberdaron, where you can find a Spar, pub and cafes. A car is essential but care is needed on the narrow lanes.
