Electric vehicle charging point. No smoking.. With a ground floor twin bedroom and an impressive and spacious master suite on the first floor, it’s the perfect base for exploring North Wales for couples or families. The large L-shaped open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the perfect place to cook, eat and relax with sliding patio doors out to the enclosed garden. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with split level electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Not just attractive, the house is practical with a good-sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear and picnic bench with outdoor seating area, great for enjoying an evening drink or eating al fresco. The gravelled driveway to the front of the cottage has parking for 2 cars and an electric vehicle charging point. Located in a gloriously elevated position with fields to the rear but the most wonderful view across Cardigan Bay. Relax from sunrise to sunset and enjoy panoramic views of Cardigan Bay, mountains and beaches. Situated just away from the centre of Pwllheli it is a wonderful relaxing property to explore the wonders that the Llyn peninsula has to offer.
Pwllheli with its bars, restaurants and shops is within walking distance and the Peninsula’s lovely beaches and Coastal Path are within a short drive. The town centre of this popular seaside town is nearby - many distinctive independent shops, boutiques and coffee shops.

We stayed in Pwllheli the week before storm Amy landed and were greeted by extremely wet and windy weather, luckily Seaborne Cottage was our refuge for the week, and what a fabulous refuge it was. Seaborne Cottage is a modern, beautifully appointed Cottage with fabulous views across Pwllheli and, given half a chance, I'd happily move in there permanently tomorrow. A big thank you to Anne Marie for the opportunity to stay in your fabulous cottage, October 2025 may have been the first time we've stayed there, but we sincerely hope it won't be the last.
