This vibrant and contemporary-styled property features an open plan kitchen/living area with high ceilings and flame-effect fire, 2 comfortable bedrooms with flexing sleeping options as well as a stylish bathroom with subtle coastal themes. The raised decking area outside provides ample outdoor seating and a private hot tub sheltered by a large wooden gazebo at the top of the garden boasts views out to sea as far as Harlech Castle. The sandy dunes and panoramic views at Abererch beach can be access via a 5-minute walk down a footpath found opposite the property and the surrounding towns of Criccieth and Pwllheli are home to some wonderful local eateries and shops as well as sights to explore, including Pwllheli's scenic marina and Criccieth's impressive castle ruins. Slightly further afield are the breath-taking sights at Snowdonia National Park and the enchanting and romantic Italianate style village of Portmeirion.

Rooms: Lower Ground Floor: Entrance hallway, king bedroom, twin zip & link bedroom (can be made up as Superking) and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Upper Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area. 

Kitchen and utilities: Vibrant open-plan fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and ice box, coffee machine dishwasher, washing machine and modern dining set with wooden table and 4 leather chairs. 

Entertainment: Smart TV in living area. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: A private hot tub and outdoor dining set that's sheltered by large wooden gazebo with views to the sea and as far as Harlech castle. Raised decking area with reclining L-shaped outdoor seating, coffee table and gas BBQ. Far-reaching views across coast and countryside. Storage area for bikes, paddle-boards and kayaks etc. 

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, bottle of wine and sugar.

Pets: 1 small dog welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed on sofa or beds.

No smoking inside the cottage.
