While some noted the lack of local amenities and minor maintenance issues, the overall experience was highly positive, with many guests keen to return and recommend the property to others.
Multiple reviews highlight the cottage as immaculate, very clean, and tidy. Only one minor mention of rubbish left in the bin, but this did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive feedback.

This stylish cottage will certainly not disappoint, set in the quaint village of Abererch. There is a bust stop less than 100 yards which can take you into the harbour town of Pwllheli , Cricieth or Porthmadog. you could also walk along the continuous path to Pwllheli which is less than two miles away. the beach is also a short walking distance. And a short drive would take you to any of the Lleyn Peninsula’s numerous beaches. The Cambrian train line is also a short walking distance which within a few hours of soaking in the scenery will take you to Aberystwyth and beyond. Should the Snowdonia mountains be your attraction, Abererch is only a scenic 30 min drive from Snowdon. One major worry regards rubbish. No clear instructions compatible with Welsh govt. requirements as sent by booking agent. Various items were left in kitchen bin to welcome us. Small problem was that drainage to the shower-room basin was leaking: U-bend joints not tightened. Proximity of Pwllheli Asda was welcome. Information booklet might need some updating--shouldn't be difficult. Enjoyed the Welsh-cakes. A good holiday, but not entirely niggle-free.

Excellent cottage, one of the best I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot over the years. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, warm. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommended

The cottage was beautiful, clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was provided for. One thing I did not like was cooking in the kitchen in the evening as the kitchen has huge patio doors onto the garden. These doors had no curtains or blinds on and I felt uneasy as it felt very open to the outside and when it was dark it felt like being in a goldfish bowl.
